How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to visit again.  If any of our items don't put a smile on your face, please notify us at LaurelAdeles@gmail.com, within three days of receiving your shipment.  All we ask is that you ship the items back in new, resalable condition with all of the original tags and packaging in tact.  Laurel Adele's will then issue a refund for the item's purchase price.  

All orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days after payment clears, and we do ship on Saturdays.  There may be a time when a particular color for an item is not available.  In that case, Laurel Adele's will contact you to see if you would like a substitute color, if not, you will not be charged for that item as we do not backorder items.  

Please know that we offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.  All free shipping orders will be sent via ground service.
